About time you got around to it! Looks like it should only be played at weddings & black tie dinners. Vintage Bond approved.

I may be biased...but nicest TC-15 I've seen yet

The TMB looks good too (I'm not a big fan of the traditional Marshall looking cabs and I like the smaller footpring heads, so i went with the TC cab here as well).

For sure. That TC-15 looks real nice. Both kits assembled by Emo's Amp Works, BTW... :)

They are nice indeed. The TC15 is set up now playing through my cab with 2 Celestion Blues :D

...however, in about a week there will be an orange visitor to the amp room that will be given a lot of attention

That TC15 head is starting to grow on me. How'd you do the logo?

Orange?? Not an Orange??

The logo is actually just a paper mockup. I think I am going to try to get one made at an office supply store that makes name plates for desks and doors!

If that doesn't work I'll get a logo made at http://www.amplates.com/

I really like the TC-15 clean with a Strat. Beautiful amp. The EF86 channel (driven hard) I like more now that I have an attenuator I can use on it. The cleans on the TC are very different from any of my other amps. It sounds great through the Celestion Blues too.

No...not an Orange :D That reference was for Emohawk (who gets to hear about my forarys in ampdom first hand as he sits next to my wife at work!)

In November I ordered a Reinhardt Sultan (model made for Mark Knopfler) as a birthday gift to myself. It will be here next tuesday 8)

It will look like this.

Now you just need to play like Knopfler and you're golden!

I guess Reinhardt doesn't sell kits, eh? :P

Playing like Knopfler is not an option :D

No...no kits :D That means its your job to help me blow myself up :D (or Emohawk...on my behalf!)

And you gotta know by now that the Triwatt will likely not be a traditional looking 'Hiwatt' when I do that one 8)

Hey Keith I'll say it again...nice cabs. Try playing without a pick like Mark K. It takes some work but you may be surprised at the results...all good.

Jim ps glad the attenuator is workin' for ya'.

I do live my amp dreams vicariously through Keith sometimes! :) Once in a while he gets me to build him one to keep me off the streets. I usually get consulted (by his wife) for birthdays & whatnot also. I have no problem helping feed someone else's habit!

Hmmm...that's kinda like the anti-Triwatt. If I had my time back I think I might have done mine in "British Green", but it looks so damn hot as is I wouldn't want to ever change it.

Hmmm...I'm thinking along these lines...colour (which will likely be funky) to be determined :D
