Waiting on a tweed from Stephen and was wondering what people are using and or suggesting. I have a few ideas (including stealing the real thing from my bro's amp). I have a tonkerlite, a new jensen c12n and several warehouse guitar speakers.

Also bored, I work at a remote site and fly in on thurs am and out the following thurs at noon. And I am bored, need something to do, so I think its time to do something with this.

My personal fave Alnico Tone Tubby. For a real nice crunch a Celestion Classic lead 80. Just ask bgroup. Tried the Jensen P12Q and it was good according to pmone: viewtopic.php?t=817

Nice guitar build work btw. Can you do that in a remote location?

Classic lead, to the top of the list. I love that speaker. I replace all my blue marvels with classic leads, so I have one to try.

As to remote, well as if Thompson isn't remote enough there is this place

This is my home every second week. Only way in is by air for people, or idiots like me who snowmobile in every now and then. Boat in the summer for fun. Freight comes by air and rail. We have a spur line that connects to the main line. The thing in the mist has some of the nicest shops, wood, metal you name it we can probably do it. Just takes a little work to pack things properly to bring in.

Here is another of my babies, we have been together a long time.
