 Post subject: 415 VDC on pin 1 of v1

I just finished the build. 313 vac on the pins of the 5ar4, so I put the rectifier in. Measured pin 1 of v1 and it was 415 vdc. Pins 7 on both v4 and v5 are both 430 vdc. The only tube in the amp is the 5ar4.
What could I have missed?

Until you have the power tubes plugged in and actually running (ie not on standby), you will get real high voltages like that.
