Just got a McGohan M1003 PA amp for free, 12ax7's, solid state rectified and 2x6l6's.

Any suggestions as to where I would look into converting this into a guitar amp?

Thanks!!

Know this is an old thread, but do you still have this amplifier? I have one as well, and am looking for a match. Maybe we could work something out, send me an email at cwujek@gmail.com if you want to discuss. Hope to hear from you soon,

Chris

So you are using it as a guitar amplifier then? Did you just plug directly into the input and call it good?

No, not using it for anything, haven't even had a chance to plug it in since I got it to see what it does.
The person that gave it to me said it was working, but I haven't had the time to even put in a speaker out jack to hook it up to a speaker.

Would you be interested in selling it? Like I said, I have one as well and am looking for a match to use in stereo. I could also trade if you are interested in some guitar/amplifier parts...
