Hi - I have 2 concerns - I would be grateful for any advice
A) V3 Voltages seem too low and I am getting a crackling when amp has been on for > 30 minutes on both channels.
B+ 340, Mains 117, all other voltages are correct (within 5% or so)
V3 - seems odd that the offending pins are all about 20-30 volts lower than expected
1-203 (220)
2- 32 (52)
3- 70 (75)
6- 193 (217)
7-30 (62)
8-70 (75)
I have done the following:
1) retraced and checked continuity of all amp connections, including jumpers under the board
2) switch V3 - same voltages
3) rechecked all cap values and measured resistors for duds
Is this ok? If not, any ideas? The close-up is V3.

B) 6V6 voltages
One of my 6V6's won't get hot/glow in either socket. I took the same steps as above...maybe a faulty tube but what voltages should I expect for 6V6? There weren't any in the manual.

Remove the 6V6 from the amp and measure things again.
Confirm the resistor values in the PI (V3) are correct.
6V6 Plate voltages should be close to the EL84; 6V6 Cathode voltages in the low 20s
