anyone got some?

interested in hearing the normal channel...might rewire my MkI into one, if i like the sound...

not yet..I honestly haven't had time to touch it...

I figured that if the MkII normal channel is more 70's SL then while I had the board out re soldering everything, I would alter the MkI normal channel

only the one resistor I noted was out of spec but it shouldn't throw the voltages way out...

before I do change I would like to hear what it sounds like...

Clips were TMB channel I believe. It has some bite, if thats what you want and You can change it without pulling the board.

I STRONGLY suggest you get it working as-built before you try doing any mods.

Have you considered taking it to a tech to get it working? Maybe one who is willing to let you look over their shoulder while they are troubleshooting it?

I have had mine with the original 220uf then a 2.2uf and now a 25uf

With a small cap it does sound not as woofie fully cranked but the drawback is when you turn it down it becomes less fat . At this point I'm going for a 2.2 and a 25 on a switch.

As for fixing you amp I'm down in the Trenton area a lot . Would be willing to help you out.
