Hi Dave, welcome to the forum.
The text and colors on the layout drawing show what colors relate to the various windings on the transformer. The yellows are the 5 volt winding to heat the rectifier.
shuttle Paris The reds are the high voltage winding with a red-yellow for the center tap that splits the winding in half. It's all AC coming out of the transformer, so it doesn't matter which yellow or red wires you connect to their respective terminals on the socket. Just don't connect a red wire where a yellow one should go! And make sure you connect the red-yellow to ground.
Same with the green and green-yellow wires on the 6.3 volt winding to heat the other tubes.
