Getting ready to double check everything but would like to look for shorts to ground. For each component, how can I know whether there should be continuity to ground?

I think your only option is to refer to the schematic and/or layout diagrams, build a list of candidate points, then systematically test them.

I’m not sure that doing so is entirely necessary, however. The test plan in the builder’s guide is good and thorough :) Besides, it may actually be more useful to have a guide that shows the points that should NOT be connected to ground. If you find one that is, then you know there’s a problem!
