Stephen,
What was that about the 1 second delay in switching. Is that with the components shown in your post? In other words, if we use the components as shown in the post we will get a delayed switching?

No, My post was only for the boost values used with a toggle switch. the toggle is an instant boost.

Okay,
I've got the 22 uf, the 3 resistors, and the 1000uf. What are those other 2 parts, relays? What part number? Why are their no eyelets?
