Is the problem in the TMB channel only? If so, could be the 500 pf cap.

I replaced it and it the noise is the same.
It does not depend on the volume so I can not tell if it comes only from TMB channel.
It only stops when I pull the V3 and if the standbay isnt on.
When I turn the heater on I can sometimes hear(it is very faint) the noise without standbay switched on.

Have you've tried a different tube in V3?

You need to find out if it's the tube...

Pull v1; does the amp still 'motorboat'?
if yes,
swap v1 for v3; does the amp still 'motorboat'

Well it sounds like it's not tubes. Check to see if a ground wire came loose, or a connection to the tubes or of the board or even the input jacks.

You need to confirm if its both channels or not and if Hi or Lo. Just plug your guitar in and test each one. If it's common to both channels you'll have to check all the parts/connections. If it's only on one channel, then you can eliminate some parts.

Poke at some of the connections with the chopstick to see if you can make it happen or hear a problem.

Have the voltages changed since you built it or not?

I tested it with guitar and I do not hear anything except some breaking intervals when I hear distorted sound, on the TMB I dont hear a very little amount of guitar sound and on the normal chanel is very distorded pretty much continious sound.

It works, it looks like that some wires were picking the noise, now it is quiet as night.

I do not know, I just sticked the chopstick and pulled 3 wires that goes to V3 away from the heaters and it stopped. I moved them before but nothing happened.
It looks like that you have to using force on electronic devices works the best. :)

I took it to school today and the profesors were WOW and my school mates.
One of them tried it and it said that was very good. :P
