What is the general concensus on Ruby Tubes? How do they rate compared to JJ's, EH, Mullard, etc.?

Ruby are rebranders...most likely Chinese tubes i believe but i've seen Sovteks rebranded Ruby as well.

rebranded but apparently tested for performance. never triedthem - haven't heard a lot about them but they have been available for a while so I guess they do OK.
