OK, here is my latest build pictures, a D'Lite circuit courtesy of Normster. This is a phenomenal amp with great cleans and a switchable overdrive which just sounds wonderful. This is about as near to a Swiss Army knife as I have got so far, I am gigging with just this amp and no foot pedals apart from the one which controls the overdrive and pre-amp boost on the amp, it gives me just about all the tones I need.

That' s in the plans as well. Maybe a bit heavier! What iron, chassis, tubes, etc. did you use?

Legin,
I went to your photos.
Nice work, bro. 8)
All you need now is a DC30 , a Spitfire, and some SoCal Blackface.
I need to play ketchup!

Yep, so many amps so little time eh? I have the iron for the Blackface build already ;-) I might do a Liverpool rather than an DC30, it seems to be getting some rave reviews. Stephen, currently I am running a stock Deluxe replacement PT 340 0 340 taps and a Ceri@tone Deluxe OT, I have 430V on the plates on the JJ 6V6's so I am considering changing the OT to something larger and running 6L6's, I tried these with the current OT and it sounded pretty good. The chassis I had made up by Nik @ Ceri@tone, the prices for getting things made locally have sky rocketed, he made me up 10 blank head chassis 2mm aluminum with just the basics cut out (IEC, input, fuse, speakers outputs, impedance selector, foot switch, power and standby), I can then cut them to any amp config I want.

I'm planning on the 6L6 version. Not 100% sure on the voltages yet. So what was your OT impedance? 8K? 6K?

The Deluxe OT I am using has an 8K primary but as I say I may change this for a Vibrolux or a Dumble OT down the track and move to 6L6's. I kind of like it as it is at the moment, I shall have to see how it gets through the tubes.
