TC-15 Production Build Underway Inside
Note the two output transformer leads to the rear toggle switch. You can choose a 'Smooth' sound (8K) or a sound with an 'Edge' to it (5K).
Also, you can see there are no nuts to fasten the sockets. The New chassis is tapped for the screws!

Note the NEW Silk Screened chassis.

Master Volume has a Pull - On switch on builds. Builds also have large coloured jewel indicators running off 6.3VAC.
This particular build will have cream knobs to match the Fender Rough Blonde tolexed custome cabinet.

The switch Bypasses the Master Volume. Pull - On: Master Volume control engaged. Push - Off: Out of Circuit.

Special on production builds, but easily applied to any amp with a Master Volume.

Master Switch IS cool but not as cool as the dual impedance switch.

lbet was over testing tonight and we're calling it the "CRUNCH" and "MUNCH" switch. He played for a couple of hours.

In the 5K [CRUNCH] position, it has a real nice bite to it. Nice clean crunch that seems to be more high frequency focused. Think biting lead Tele Country.

In the 8K [MUNCH] position, the sound fills out Bass thru Treble. More bassy full range tone, a bit louder and cleaner. Not so crunchy. Rock 'n Roll.

The EF86 channel is wonderful!! and you can jump the channels.

Maybe lbet will add some notes....

Coco,
Will the "crunch 'n' munch" work on my V6?
You know me, I can't leave it alone.

Yes, it will work. Dont know how it will sound but you've got nothing to loose.

I used aDPDT 6A mini-toggle switch.

Great looking build Stephen. Will that chassis fit the S111 head cab I got last year? Still haven't decided which one to build.

+1 for the cream tolex, I had my mind set on the elephant wrinkle tolex but now I'm thinking.....

Is the toggle impedence switch a new feature? Seems really cool!
Once again, inducing some serious GAS over here in la belle province!
