Building my 5th trinity
As always, a true joy to open a pkg from Stephen.
Very neat indeed.

Anyway, got started.
And thought i'd post as i make some progress.

Any comments are welcome.
If you spot an error, i'd like to know.
Or have any advice on doing it better.

Thanks:-)

Do you have a .0022 tone stack cap in there or .02 uf? Should be .02 so if not, it will work but it should be changed eventually.

Check the Transformer primary wiring for 240 V. Doesn't look right to me, but hard to tell in the photo.

I think it's clearer in the manual. Check the schematic in there.

Connect the Black/White to Black.
Then 1) connect the Line side (from switch) of the Mains to the Black/Red lead, and 2) the Neutral side (from power cord) of the Mains to White.

Ok, all done.
I think i got the Power wiring.

I would however appreciate any comments.
I know, not the prettiest build out there.....Its been a while.
But i just finished up, and went through it all, and it looks good to go.

Anyway, if anybody's around please take a look and let me know if you spot anything wrong.

Pics.

Ok, got it fired up.
I am not an expert in measuring power.
But it seem to me something is wrong.
Allthough i have sound i think it is not nearly loud enough.
It just be me who is used to louder amps though.

But it plays. Nothing blew up......hehe.

Is there a ground wire to the filter caps from the power tag strip?
Post your voltages when you run B+ up to 400V with the 6V6.

I think so....
Im a bit rusty, and an amateur at this.
Do you have a tutorial on how to measure the voltages.
