I like that grill cloth. Is that blues breaker? What speakers do you have in her?

Thats some cloth I got at Bouclair for 3.99 yard in Montreal.

There's two sammih 12" 40's in their wired to 4ohms.

I connected it to a marshall type cabinet with 4 celestion g12T-75's,
and thats an insane sound. I thought my combo was loud, but that box I can't describe. the two sammi 40's sound completely different than the 4 Celestions. I like the sammi's much better, but someone looking for harsher, heavier sound would like the celestions better.

I will get around to some clips soon.

I can send you some of that cloth for free if you want to try it

Bob, cool idea - that signature on your amp. How did you get it to stick to the front?

Thanks Stephen,

What I did was design it on the plywood, and engrave it with a dremel. I tested with a couple pieces and tolexed the pratice pieces to get the width of the engraved part the correct width. I then engraved the real valence, I think it is called that. Then I tolexed it. After the tolex is dried, I cut the tolex in the middle of the engraved grooves. Then superglued the piping in it. It is pretty cool, the piping sticks out about half the size of the piping.

The images don't do it much justice. It looks really cool live...:-)

I'll take a closeup of it tonight and post it so you can see it up close.
