I picked up some equipment dirt cheap recently, just don't know how to use it yet
Got a nice "variac"-vintage Powerstat 140/10A and a Tektronix 524D oscilliscope and a HP 650A Signal generator. Now I have to learn how to use this stuff-Fun!

Nice! I'm envious.

I grabbed a variac from A1 during the course...
It was the one without any input or output wires though.
So, I couldn't use it until I got it home and added them.

I regret selling off my old test gear years ago. I had tons.. even a Geiger counter. :bugeye:
Now I want it all back.

I'm trying to justify a nice PC based scope and signal generator.
I think I should stop trying to justify it and just get one. :D
