 Post subject: power transformer layout

On my layout and schem,there is a green wire from the power tranny,along with the yelow/red hv center tap.Looks like it goes to center lug of power ground,but from where?It is dotted on layout.

The green dotted wire is the center tap for the heaters and should be grounded to the power ground along with the HV red/yellow CT. The heater CT is usually green/yellow or green/white to differentiate it from the green heater wires and comes from the PT.
