The pot wiring is correct you see the extra twist of the purple wire and white in the last picture of the board. U cant see it in the the two picts of the vrm

The Resistors are swapped on the vrm ..Thanks & the wires are already correct (They just look wrong in the pic) & that green wire (Preamp ground ) is good
It sounds killer ,It's very rich & dynamic now & the bass more pleasing
buy the way what's the deal on the cascading where do you jumper & where to plug into ?

You can wire in a cascade switch so that your cascade TMB into Normal or Normal into TMB.

You plug into whatever channel your not cascading into (if that makes sense).

The controls for both channels work in cascade mode.

Forgot to mention this earlier. One of the biggest contributors to flubby bass at higher gains is the V1A coupling cap. Change it to .0022uf and it will really bring bass under control.
