After reading through many threads, it seems as though V3 deviations are common with this build (or at least I've seen a handful of members experience similar issues). I've checked resistor values and installation. Everything looks good to go. Sound is amazing with little to no noise/hiss/hum. Haven't hooked up VRM yet since I wanted to experiment with the current setup.

Speakers are Celestion 12" G12H Anniversary 30W (8 Ohm) and Celestion 12" AlNiCo Blue 15W (8 Ohm).

I had similar readings to yours on V3, but no problems and months down the track I'm enjoying the amp even more... the plexi v6 has spoiled me for all others
