Hi all,

Any advice on which NOS tubes to put where in the preamp?

Got a Mullard long plate F92 and some I63 and I61's

Just curious, what is the exact function of each slot and what will NOS tubes yield in those positions?

V1 -> first gain stage, right? Most important?
V2 -> second gain stage. Is this only used when the OD channel is engaged? I believe half of it is only used when the OD is engaged here. Can somebody confirm?
V3 -> what is the function of this slot?
V4 -> PI of course. Second most important, right?
