I'm curious...why CA (an not anywhere else)?
I'm willing to help if they're willing to come here.....I work at home now (a lot), but can take time out to assist, coach, troubleshoot, etc.....

Any builders in 15mi radius of Pasadena? I'll drive 15mi (San Dimas-Studio City)....
