Are these the slope and plate resistors of V1? Slope being the one circled in red?

Thats the plate resistor. It helps control gain. If you bypass it with a cap, you can roll off hi frequencies. Lower values of plate resistor = more gain. Frequency response is controlled by the bypass cap, grid stopper and some other parts.

Hope that helps. Check this link out for some basic terminology:

Oh ok, so they're both plate resistors . . .

I'm looking at this amp, wondering how I can incorporate some of the Two-Rock tweaks I have notes on to switch between the Fender voice and the TR voice.

- The slope resistor is a 150K
- Plate resistors are 100k (already are on this amp)
- Cathode resistors/cap = 1.5k/4.7uf

I just can't find the slope on the schematic. 150k is such a higher value that I'm assuming that's where the difference in mid comes from between the amps.

Perhaps your referring to a non-tweed era Deluxe. A "slope" resistor usually refers to the resistor between the bass and treble sections of a tone stack. In a non-tweed Deluxe a 100K resistor is found in this position. Check this out:

Varying this resistor changes the shape and interaction of the tone filtering.
