That thing is hot

Love the right angles, really gives it a clean, pro look.

What are you using for the post to post connector wire?

Looks to be "slightly" thicker than the component lead diameter.

Looking forward to the kit :D :D :D

It's 20 Gauge solid copper tinned wire.

They're 1W Metal film for low noise. For values >= 100K

For those folks who're into "resistor spotting", the smaller resistors on the board are 1W metal films, used where noise is more likely to be an issue. Most of the rest are 1W carbon film, to add some general warmth. The PI's two load resistors are carbon composition to bring a hint of sweetness into that otherwise, tough-sounding Hiwatt tone. The PI load resistors are the one place in the amp where the non-linear characteristics of carbon comp resistors have the most beneficial effect on the tone, while contributing the least to overall noise levels. Like I mentioned before the TRIWATT has the same number of gain stages as a SLO or Mezza DR, and so we have to chose components particularly carefully.

Ya know Phil, it's amusing to hear you discuss, lovingly, about carbon comps
I have sent the extra money I owed for this amp. I will build this right. Well, I'm having some genetic help.
I believe this is the best design I've ever seen.

I mean comon', take a Hiwatt and make it none ear blowing. 8) 8) 8)
I retract every statement made, that I ever said .
I can't wait for the amp to arrive.
It's an amazing accomplishment

CONGRATULATIONS!
